We have had a crush on long-time Singh Beans supporter, Claire Saffitz since the early Bon Appetit days, back when they used to film on random stations and not the one at the fridges. Since her departure from BA, Claire has published her own cookbook as well as started her own Youtube channel, Dessert Person.
